Sinopse: Ben Urich is thinking about the journalist's code of ethics, but he's also thinking about his brushes with death (Elektra, nurse from Born Again etc.) He's at the hospital, by Timmy's bed. He decides what he must do. The police show up at Timmy's house, with Urich along for the arrest. The police take Timmy's mom into custody. While this commotion is going on, Urich sneaks into Timmy's bedroom. He sees all the comics and toys, which reminds him of his childhood. It also reminds him of his strict father. Back at the office, Urich types his story of Leap-Frog's wife abusing her son. J. Jonah Jameson is still furious with Urich and wants to see him, but Urich ducks out. Urich decides he'll cover the Kingpin trial. He knows the trial is a waste of time. The Kingpin will more than likely go free, while children like Timmy suffer. Urich meets with Timmy and the nurse at the hospital. He wants Timmy to arrange all his pictures to make a comic. Suddenly, Timmy starts spouting comic dialogue like earlier issues. The Leap-Frog is battling Daredevil. The 'Frog gets the upper hand and is about to hit DD hard, but a spark of some sort hits him. To be continued! What happened to Leap-Frog, Urich wonders. He leaves the hospital and sees on TV that he missed the news of the Kingpin being shot. He decides to go to see Matt, but the same temp from a previous issue of this arc is in the office and gives him attitude. Matt is nowhere to be found. Urich decides to wait outside in an alley. Sooner or later, he'll talk to Matt. Later on, Daredevil finds Urich passed out in that alley. Urich demands to know what happened between him and Leap-Frog.
