About the Author
I am a normal guy who found it hard to learn about computers on my own, because every text on it was too technical. My father taught me about computers and how they work. From that I was able to figure a lot out on my own. Now I am the President of a Web Design Firm and realized that my employees didn't have the knowledge I had on computers and I thought that I would just get some training info on it for them, but there were no books that delivered computer training in a way that would make the subject easily understandable, so I decided I would write a book about it for them. If I would have known that it would take me every day for the next five going on six years to research and come up with the answer to each person’s question regarding computers, I would have quit before I started. But once I started, I was obligated to answer them. So, here you go. The answers you can’t find.
