With a desire to experiment and experience what's 'new', his strong penchant for alcohol and the drug culture lead him ever deeper into a subculture rarely seen. Yet there seems to be a divine shadow over him that keeps him from complete devastation. The descriptions of the cities, museums, bars and nightlife will take you back to a time when Europe was a group of distinct, individual countries proud of their diverse cultures. The midwest boy matures into a citizen of the world. It's my story---and I'm sticking to it.
