Charlene, born in Germany, speaks fluent German, is past president of the school art club, and attends San Diego State University where she will receive her Bachelor of Arts degree.
I am so blessed to have crossed paths with Charlene, who shares the vision of this story. This is truly the workmanship of the Lord and how well we know it.
